Meghan attended Boston University's College of Fine Arts and graduated in 2004 with a BFA in Painting. She then went back to earn a MFA in Studio Art Teaching. She currently teaches art at Marshfield High School. When she is not busy teaching, she experiments with various drawing and painting media. Her main focus in her studio is capturing moments of everyday life using either places or people as her subject. Sometimes these moments stay very true to the observed subject and other times they stray into imaginative worlds. Although she has worked mainly in oils, she has been experimenting more with acrylics and watercolors as well as ink drawings. She has also been using various types of printmaking to capture architectural forms. You can see more of Meghan's work
